ANDALUZA PROJECT FUSION ROCK

       A little story is best suited to create, through symbolic images, the 
playing and entertainment element that is intrinsically connected to any 
creative act. When an artist leads the understanding process to the significance 
of aesthetics, as a way barn from methodical and systematical analysis, while 
lively experience during the act of creating, then Culture happens as a social 
bond.
       Culture becomes timeless when it completes the human soul (as mediatory 
element in the process of apprehending and turning inseparable the perception of 
the unity between different components) up to experiencing the collective soul, 
without denying the value of the individual. Culture becomes also universal 
when, after being recognized in its originality, it disseminates the original 
essence barn between nations, in direct proportion to the feeling of pertinence 
among peoples of different origins. So was barn the aesthetical ideal of 
"Andaluza" as project.
CD ANDALUZA 1- "THE STONE AND THE FLOWER" OR "THE TRUTH AS THE RULE FOR ACTIONS"
       Between 1989 and 1992 "Andaluza" developed its rock music assuming as 
conceptual basis the theoretical conceptions. This dense, intuitive and timeless 
"contents" was transformed in "folk hybridity". Between 1993 and 1999 the 
acoustical timbre was substituted by the progressive-psychadelic element of the 
guitar, its best expression. It established itself from now on as "Andaluza 
Fusion Rock".
       In 2003, with the sponsorship of the SIC/PMR it was produced the CD 
ANDALUZA I - "The Stone and the Flower", The name itself, the ideological purity 
or the sound matrix were actually unimportant. The important thing was the 
assumed posture! The wonder of the emergence of the fundamental stone,OJ:-the 
Mestizo Art free from normative obligations.	

 CD ANDALUZA 11 - "FUSION STONE" OR "THE PHYSICAL BASIS OF THE SPIRIT"

       It is a new synthesis of World Vision, based on two backs: "The Physical 
Basis of the Spirit", by Farias Brito (Rio de Janeiro, 1912), where the author 
analyses the relation between philosophy and the sensitivity of the human soul, 
in a world dominated by the materialistic positivist science; and "The Mascate" 
(Bruno Ferreira & abh), a tale referring to the brave spirit of the 
Recife/Pernambuco region. Thanks to the percussion leadership of Master Chacon 
Viana, as weil as the Brazilian-coloured arrangements by Master Ademir Araujo, 
the delineated trail resulted still more "Fusion",
       The CD ANDALUZA II is also a reverence gesture towards the 
"magicalmythical entity of the Jurema" (a totally autochthonous plant of the 
north-eastern region of Brazil), responsible for the unity of action around the 
afro-Indian concept, as a component of the cultural identity and the Brazilian 
way of being - a mestizo ethnical reference, for us and for the Rest of the 
World. There are various salutations to the Jurema Masters who lead the people 
through life's footpaths, a recognition for the discipline and the ceaseless 
principles present through such beings, connected to the entity of the Holy 
Jurema.
